Straw wine - Côtes du Jura PDO

2015 | Amber | 37.5 cl | 15% Voluptuous, this straw wine is a nectar of sweetness obtained after a slow concentration of the best grapes from our vineyard, picked and then placed in wooden racks for 3 to 4 months. Aging for 3 years in barrels allows this elixir to reveal its rich flavors of candied fruit, honey, slightly chocolatey. Taste it as an aperitif, with foie gras, blue-veined cheeses and desserts.
