Organic White Wine 2023 - Jean Rêve

The dream was an unusual white wine.   It is made with this 100% Chardonnay aged for 10 months in demi-muid.    White wine with incredible roundness and astonishing length.   Elegant wine that will go perfectly with monkfish with saffron, chicken with morels, or a platter of mature cheeses.   Wine that can be kept for up to 5-6 years.    Color: Pale gold, shiny Nose: Citrus fruits, vine flower Taste: Vanilla brioche, lemony finish A nod to our little Jean who is often in the moon...
