 Manual harvest, manual sorting, complete vinification in oak barrels, then aging for 2 years in barrels. 
 This Syrah, which represents a single small plot on a stony and windy terroir, benefits from exceptional sunshine.   Complex wine, of great finesse, with velvety tannins which stretch into a very long, fresh and liquorice finish.    Ideal to accompany a leg of lamb, confit veal breast.
