Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec has been a family-run vineyard in Coursan, in the heart of the Aude plain, for 5 generations.
The entire production has been certified organic since 1999, and part of it has been awarded the Nature label by the Syndicat de Défense des Vins Naturels since 2018.
Conversion to biodynamic farming began in 2019.
The aim here is to produce wines as naturally as possible, with minimal impact on our planet and with the greatest possible respect for all forms of life present, from micro-organisms to large animals.
