At Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec, we have been cultivating our passion for wine as a family for five generations, in the heart of the Aude plain, in Coursan. Our terroir, bathed in Mediterranean sunshine and winds, inspires us every day to produce authentic wines that respect nature.

Since 1999, all of our production has been certified organic, a commitment that reflects our values and our respect for the environment. In 2018, some of our vintages obtained the "Nature" label from the Syndicat de Défense des Vins Naturels, and, in 2019, we began our conversion to biodynamics to go even further in this responsible approach.

We believe that great wines are born in a healthy and living environment. This is why we favour a respectful approach, cultivating biodiversity in our vines and minimising our ecological footprint. Every element, from the microorganism-rich soil to the animals that share our land, plays an essential role in the balance of our ecosystem. This harmony is reflected in our wines, which carry within them the beauty of nature and the commitment of our family.
