This exceptional vintage will go well with fine cuts of beef, a shoulder of lamb in the oven, beef bourguignon as well as refined cuisine...preferably in sauce. Ideal tasting now and up to 8 years. Serve between 16° and 18°. Out of stock Cultivation Mode Vineyard in conversion to organic farming since 2018. This agriculture preserves the environment and biodiversity, weeding is manual or mechanical, the protection of the vines is done by the use of natural substances such as sulfur or Bordeaux mixture, fertilization by compost or green manure. At the cellar level, limitation of the use of sulphites and ban on inputs of animal or chemical origin. Winemaking We harvest the grapes at phenolic maturity, that is to say at optimal maturity. The vinification is thermo-regulated and is made from destemmed grapes. We carry out a long maceration then age for 10 months in oak barrels.
