It comes from old vines from sandy clay soils, located at the foot of the Albères and the Canigou peak. Nose with aromas of red fruits and liquorice. On the palate, round and balanced. Ideal on dishes in sauce, rabbit, game, lamb, or even on mature cheeses and of course delicious with chocolate desserts.
