Our history :
On September 11, 2001, Jonathan and Rachel lived 500m from the World Trade Center in New York.
After training in oenology in New Zealand and two years spent in the cellar of one of the most prestigious wine estates in the country, they came to Roussillon in 2006 to create their own estate, which has 7ha of old vines.
We practice ecological and sustainable cultivation. 100% manual harvest in small crates. The wines are vinified with the greatest respect for the terroir, avoiding manipulations and additions. The result is wines of great character, praised by the most respected critics in the world.
Since the first vintage, Jancis Robinson MW has put us on the Roussillon Palmarès. The Wine Advocate (Robert Parker) has awarded many wines more than 90 points. In 2013 La Revue du Vin de France gave us the “Coup de Cœur” of Roussillon in 2014 as well as “Les Nouveaux Talents des Bonnesaffaires” of wine in 2016.
We produce around 30,000 bottles per year. The range is sold to independent wine merchants in several countries. They are therefore not easy to find.
