A Brut with a beautiful pale gold hue accompanied by green reflections. A sweet note of dried fruits, scent of white flowers, to be enjoyed as an aperitif, plain or in a kir, this wine can also accompany a meal (fish and white meats). ELABORATION Reasoned culture. Manual harvest. Thermo‐regulated fermentation, Vinification according to ancestral method. Aging in stainless steel vats, traditional cork stopper. Clay-limestone soils. NOSE: Aromatic, mineral, subtle aromas of lime blossom, subtle aromas of ivy, slight aromas of grape stalks, slight aromas of lemongrass, slight aromas of quince, generous aromas of pear, subtle aromas of cinnamon, subtle aromas of vanilla, aromas of white pepper, mineral aromas. PALATE: Harmonious, rich, mellow, generous notes of white flowers, subtle notes of olive, notes of green tea, powerful body, strong intensity.
