The name of this sparkling wine: Funambull. Why Funambull? When Gabriel, our grandfather, was a neo-winemaker in the 60s, living solely from wine was very complicated. So for about ten years he had a herd of cows and ONE bull. And guess the name of this bull...? Tightrope walker!
