Stony soils with a predominance of limestone. VINIFICATION • Vinification by grape variety. Grapes crushed for vatting, traditional vinification, temperature control 26-28°C. Long maceration (25-30 days) with gentle intervention to preserve the fruit. TASTING NOTES • Intense red color. Complex nose with notes of black fruits (plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry) and minerals. The mouth is ample and unctuous. The tannins are fine. The finish is spicy.
