BORDEAUX RED WINE CHATEAU GAUDIN PAUILLAC 2021

Small property nestled in the heart of the Grands Crus Classés of Pauillac, this vineyard benefits from a quality terroir exploited with care and passion by Mr and Mrs Capdevielle. The harvest is manual and the vinification remains traditional in cement vats with temperature control. 100% of this wine is aged in oak barrels. Made mainly from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, it is a powerful wine with aromas of blackcurrant and ripe fruit with toasted notes from aging in barrels. The very present tannins guarantee the good evolution of the bottle. Gastronomic pairings This wine goes perfectly with red and white meats as well as cheeses.
