THE KING Red wine – 14% vol. –2021 PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION, ARIÈGE Grape variety: 100% TANNAT AGED TWELVE MONTHS IN NEW BARRELS A grape variety originating from the southwest, tannat produces a wine with an intense garnet red color. Planted on one of our best plots, it reveals all its secrets to those who know how to listen. Power, depth, but with gentleness. Tonka bean, cocoa, blackcurrant jam, prunes in brandy. Iron fist in a velvet glove. Tannic structure already supple for such a wine. All our grapes are harvested by hand, vinification without animal inputs (egg white, gelatin, etc.).)and the wines contain little sulphites according to the Nature & Progrès specifications. conventional red wine: max. 150 mg/l SO2 our white reds: max. 70 mg/l SO2
