The lomo (or loin in French) is obtained from the back muscle of the pig. Virtually fat-free, the flavor of our Lomo Sensación is smooth on the palate and goes wonderfully with our famous jamón. Seasoned with spices such as paprika and salt, lomo is one of the star products of Spanish tapas. Coming from pigs raised in more than 100m2 per animal, the meat is matured for 6-9 months thanks to natural drying. A delicate flavor for the most demanding palates. One piece weighs about 500gr.
