Iberian Field-fed Ham 8.5-9kg

We produce our sausages and hams in the same way we did 100 years ago, in a small town in Salamanca, surrounded by holm oaks and natural parks. We cure our hams and sausages very slowly thanks to the fresh and pure air that enters through the windows of our natural drying rooms.
