One of the healthiest options to get through the cold winter seasons. This infusion, with fresh aromas and flavors, is highly recommended to facilitate good digestion and strengthen the immune system. Plus, it's a great friend for our sore throats. For the more daring, try it cold, with ice and sugar, and a splash of rum, gin or whiskey. - COMPOSITION: Ginger, mint, licorice, lemon grass and lemon peel. - DOSAGE: 1–1½ tsp per 250 mL cup. - PREPARATION: 3 - 5 min at 90 - 100 ºC. - CONSUMPTION: Serve hot or cold, alone, with sugar or honey, 1-2 cups a day. - NOT RECOMMENDED USE: Children and pregnant or lactating women. - MAY CONTAIN: Traces of gluten, sulphites, nuts or lactose.
