The benefits of ginger and lemon, together with the properties of green tea, provide an ideal combination to strengthen our defenses. This tea is ideal both to warm up or to drink cold with a little ice. - COMPOSITION: Sencha green tea, ginger, lemon peel, lemon grass and aromas. - DOSAGE: 1–1½ tsp per 250 mL cup. - PREPARATION: 2 - 3 min at 75 - 80 ºC. - CONSUMPTION: Serve hot or cold, alone, with sugar or honey, 1-2 cups a day. - NOT RECOMMENDED USE: Children and pregnant or lactating women. - MAY CONTAIN: Traces of gluten, sulphites, nuts or lactose.
