PITTA - Balancing Ayurvedic infusion

A delicate, smooth and refreshing infusion with anti-stress, digestive, body temperature regulating, skin regenerating and brain activity stimulating effects. These properties generate a feeling of calm and general balance. Ideal to enjoy on warm summer days or when you feel tense or irritable and need to cool down and balance your mind, body and emotions. - COMPOSITION: Cinnamon, cardamom, licorice, coriander, fennel, ginger and rose petals. - DOSAGE: 1–1½ tsp per 250 mL cup. - PREPARATION: 3 - 5 min at 90 - 100 ºC. - CONSUMPTION: Serve hot or cold, alone, with sugar or honey, 1-2 cups a day. - NOT RECOMMENDED USE: Children and pregnant or lactating women. - MAY CONTAIN: Traces of gluten, sulphites, nuts or lactose.
