Mascobado Modica Chocolate is prepared with 70% cocoa beans and Mascobado whole cane sugar. The cocoa combined with the very aromatic Mascobado sugar mainly with hints of licorice gives this chocolate an ancient flavour. This bar was one of Donna Elvira's first experiments in wanting to create special combinations and as evidence of the search for cocoa with peculiar characteristics given by the origin, above all, of Central and South America, a search that continues to this day. Ingredients - 70% cocoa mass and Mascobado whole cane sugar
