Carmelo 1 seeds come directly from the state of Tabasco (in the southern part of Mexico). The Almendra Blanca, or "white almond", is rare and precious precisely because of its very fine white and acidic seeds, perhaps originating from the Amazon, which now only small producers continue to cultivate, thus preserving the delicacy of these plants. Also for this treatment, the result is extraordinary: in the mouth the chocolate becomes sweet and elegant, quivering with exotic fruit, so much so that it does not need to be softened by sugar in any way.
