Cobaita

La Cobaita, gr. 150, is a crunchy sesame nougat, almonds, Iblean honey, cane sugar. The secret of a perfect success of the cobaita is cooking: all the ingredients are placed in a pot on a very low heat and, stirring constantly, they are left to cook until the sesame and almonds are perfectly toasted. With us in Modica it's not Christmas if this delicacy is missing on our tables. Ingredients- Sesame, almonds, cane sugar, Iblei honey
