Strawberry and quince jam

For this jam I was inspired by the Sicilian tradition and the memory of my childhood afternoons, sweetened by my grandmother's quince jelly. I thought I'd enrich his traditional recipe with a new flavor note, given by the strawberries. This is how my strawberry and quince jam was born, with a strong taste and natural sweetness, without thickeners and flavourings.
