Almond paste

Almond paste, 200 gr block, is an excellent preparation for making almond milk, a very thirst-quenching drink in the summer heat, excellent with soaked bread or, for those with a sweet tooth, biscuits such as double Ladyfingers or Gallettine . The recommended doses are for a loaf l. 1 of water, if you want you can add gr. 70 of starch, taking care  that lumps do not form, put everything in a saucepan and, over low heat, stirring constantly,  bring to the boil for about two minutes, then put into wet molds and leave to cool, thus obtaining a good Blancmange. You can also use almond paste to decorate cakes, shape fruit, etc... Ingredients- Almond paste with cane sugar and Avola almonds
