The old farmhouse was converted to house the production of one of the most special cachacas in the country. All cachacas are produced on the farm from sowing to bottling.. The Amburana Blend is made from sugar cane grown on the farm. It goes through a "Caipira fermentation process", also with corn planted on the property, and undergoes an indirect fire distillation. The Amburana Blend is a blend made from 5 wooden barrels: Balsam, Amburana, Brazil nut, wild peanut, Jequitiba, oak. A complex aroma with notes of sugar cane, dried fruit and subtle caramel. Medium body and pleasant softness on the palate.
