After the purchase by my parents Claude and Béatrice Lopez of a first piece of land in 1987, the farm grew over time, like their family.
Turned towards the breeding of Limousin cows and the cultivation of cereals for animal feed, our livestock has gradually diversified: lambs of the Berrichons and Lacaunes meat breeds, black Gascon pigs and Highland cows.
Our crops have evolved, although much of it is still for animal feed, we also grow for consumption. In 2016, myself (Carine, their daughter) and my husband Kévin joined the adventure by creating the Du Bio Dans l'Assiette brand in order to develop direct and short-circuit sales.
Du Bio Dans l’Assiette is the answer to all those who have questions about the origin of their meat, the traceability of products, good farming practices and compliance with health standards.
Wheat, spelled, buckwheat… are ground on the farm to offer you quality flours, Sunflower, rapeseed… are cold pressed on the farm to offer you refined oils, with preserved nutrients.
