Hot sauce - Babushka - 200 ml

In early fall (or autumn, as some prefer to call it :-)), Polish orchards are full of plums. Forests abound in blueberries. And we, following into the footsteps of our grandmothers, start making preserves. Babushka is meant to call to mind these fruits. The hotness of the sauce, however significant and not to be underestimated, allows you to enjoy the taste of plums and blueberries fortified with Habanero peppers.
