Located in the heart of the Bourbonnais in Auvergne, a terroir oriented towards Nature and the Great Outdoors, our breeding has more than 400 American bison. Our animals stay in the meadow all year round and naturally continue to grow for three years. They are fed only grass, hay, and cereals produced on the farm. This natural diet highlights the authenticity of bison meat. Our breeding method in semi-freedom, respecting the well-being of our animals, guarantees the customer the flavor and tenderness of the product. We like to promote the gastronomy of our region, transforming our products according to traditional and artisanal recipes, without preservatives or colorings. In order to maintain a unique taste, we attach great importance to the high proportion of bison meat in our deli meats.
