100% Syrah, from clay-limestone plots, 35 years old. Harvested when slightly under-ripe with a short vinification of 10 days, to produce a wine at only 11°. Intense ruby color, brightened with purple highlights. Very fresh nose of small red fruits and white pepper. On the palate, an ultra light, lively and aromatic wine.
