Located in Gascony, in the south-west of France, the Domaine de l'Airial is the only wine-growing property exclusively dedicated to the traditional production of wine and balsamic vinegars.
The vinegars are made from grapes harvested from the property's vines, cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture that respects Man and Nature (HVE certification).
Produced in an artisanal way and all vintage, the vinegars are aged in barrels for several years. They are without added flavor, additive or preservative.
