Thomas Earnshaw is considered a legend and a pioneer in
the field of watchmaking. Born in Manchester, England in 1749, he
was recognized for his work in refining and improving chronometers
sailors, crucial during the voyages made by the boats of
the Royal Navy when they traveled the globe in the golden age of history
English for science and exploration.

He was at the origin of Chronometer n°506, worn by HLS Beagle which
took Charles Darwin on his journey around the world to inspire
his groundbreaking study of evolution: "The Origin of Species".
Recognized for his work on marine chronometers, Earnshaw has
also took up the challenge of developing clocks that will be used
at observatories such as Greenwich and Armagh. examples of
his work can be seen in museums and auction houses
auctions around the world.

It is this pioneering spirit to advance the science of horology,
associated with a quest for excellence in craftsmanship, which
is at the heart of Earnshaw watches, available to connoisseurs
