Earth Soul is the solo venture of Cara Ing who has been brought up around the spiritual and holistic community all her life. As a youngster Cara would join her mother at her Tai Chi class every Saturday morning, enjoying the energy and natural surroundings.
Throughout her childhood Cara received Reiki from her mother, but it was not until the age of sixteen when she was diagnosed with hypermobility and fibromyalgia that Cara really explored the benefits of the holistic therapies.
