Saffron liqueur (alcohol: around 17°), not very sweet. Aroma: Saffron nose, with iodized and metallic notes. Cultivated by Catherine MORELLON, in Bio, in Dunières (Haute-Loire). Ideal for Kirs and Cocktails. Digestive. Can be integrated into the kitchen (eg: Scallops simply snacked and sprinkled at the last moment with a dash of saffron liqueur, etc.).
