The honey is thick, rich in proteins, amino acids etc, with a great taste, does not crystallize soon. Its colour ranges from red to brown, and has a friendly taste and a light aroma. It may contain flower honey of spring Heather naturally mixed in the hives, which makes the Honey thicker and closer to crystallize due to its richer synthesis (the bee hives have been grown on flowers before their movement to the forests of firs) as well as blackberry, wild strawberry, sage, Melissa officinalis, origanum and many other mountain herbs, due to the rich apicultural flora of the region.
