The "Indispensable" line of the social agricultural cooperative Eccellenze Nolane was born in 2015 thanks to the dream of Giovanni Trinchese. The goal and the great dream was to bring the ancient flavors of the past back to the table through the research and recovery of local flavors and the redevelopment of the area.

This is how Eccellenze Nolane's Eccellenze Nolane was born which, thanks to the recovery of traditional native varieties, brings the flavors of the past to the table. Flavors that tell history and tradition.

Precisely for this reason, some products of the "essential" line are part of the 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱.
