Grape aubergines in BIO extra virgin olive oil 280g

Sweet, tasty, compact and not very watery pulp: these are the main characteristics of cluster aubergines, so called precisely because its fruits unravel from the same branch with a size of 7-10cm. Each "aubergine" has an elongated shape and is almost seedless. Perfect to cook whole in oil-cooking or even diced and fried. We harvested them for our preserves in the best period: as soon as they reached 4-5 cm in height.
