Organic & Fairtrade cassava flour (BIOPARTNER sector) Cassava flour is made from cassava roots grown in India by independent producers engaged in an organic-fair trade project. Very digestible and energetic, it is sought after in particular by athletes and makes it possible to reduce or replace the use of cereal flour in many pastry recipes. Use in the same proportions as wheat flour.
