The fruit of the silk mulberry, which we will keep the name Mulberry to differentiate it from the blackberry in our gardens, is a delicious dried fruit with a naturally sweet taste! Cultivated all over the world to feed silkworms, mulberries are nonetheless very popular in Asia and the Middle East. Available in black and white varieties, we have referenced the white variety Morus Alba grown in Türkiye, a true granary of Europe in the production of dried fruits. It’s not just its taste and texture that makes Mulberry so appealing! A source of iron and vitamin C, it will quickly become, alone or combined with other dried fruits, a regular in our kitchens, to be discovered as an aperitif, incorporated into muesli or nibbled like raisins.
