Dried nettle leaves are used as dehydrated parsley in salad dressings, incorporated into soups and stews, sprinkled on potatoes, mixed in cottage cheeses for savory appetizers. Can be consumed in herbal teas. Delicious if you sauté it with garlic, ginger and olive oil. Salt and rehydrate to cook for 5 minutes, serve as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to hot or cold dishes.
