ORGANIC & FAIR FAIR raw cocoa powder (sugar-free)

The cocoa beans with which chocolate is made are usually roasted to develop their aromas. For the production of this cocoa powder, we have deliberately selected cocoa beans of exceptional quality which have not been roasted in order to preserve all their nutritional qualities. Defatted cocoa powder (essential to obtain powder, otherwise the product is too fatty) is made from fermented and sun-dried beans.
