Fairtrade-Stadt chocolate bars are available directly from Edelmond. You've come to the right place, because we are the only chocolatier in Germany registered with the Chamber of Crafts (HWK Cottbus), who works in the old artisanal way, also organic and fair trade certified, from the cocoa bean (traceable).
As a real chocolate manufacturer, everything is handmade by us. There is no purchased cocoa mass, no alkalising, no lecithin, no white refined sugar and no artificial flavorings. We attach great importance to dark chocolate and drinking chocolate with almost no sugar. Our chocolate factory also uses organic and fair trade cocoa beans to make ingredients: cocoa nibs or cocoa butter.
