This bitter, fine milk chocolate is not additionally sweetened. The sugar contained comes exclusively from the cocoa beans and the whole milk powder, which naturally contains lactose. Not comparable to “normal” chocolate: strong aromas of cocoa and milk, natural melting and strong taste. Individual, delicate sweetness of the milk. A single-origin dark bar, Fair Trade Cacao certified and organically grown.
