Classic dry gin / 100% natural / handmade Odor profile The olfactory palette of Tinte Gin begins with subtle floral notes, which are replaced by clear juniper and fresh citrus notes. At the end you can feel a gentle and unobtrusive sweetness with earthy, leathery hints. Flavor profile The Tinte Gin is a very soft gin with a full aroma and a pleasant and smooth texture. The taste profile is complex and multi-layered due to the phased development of the aromas on the tongue. Initially clear juniper with slightly floral hints. Followed by citrus notes, dominated by orange. Then an earthy-woody composition, caused by the licorice and sandalwood. In the finish, the acacia blossom completes the bouquet and gives the gin its final touch with a long aromatic finish. Filled with tonic, the special, complex and mild bouquet unfolds. Drink recommendation We love the limited editions pure at room temperature from the nosing glass. The fine ripe notes that our ink gin gets from the barrel are great. However, if you also want to drink it as a gin and tonic, the same applies as for the unaged ink gin. Tonic recommendation Fever Tree Indian & Fentimans Connoisseurs (mild and subtly floral).
