Organic Dandelion Honey

Dandelion honey, also known as dandelion, dog's tooth or dandelion, is highly appreciated and is usually consumed in purity due to its delicacy and its recognizable taste of spices and essential oils.       Its yellow color recalls the sun, as does the shape of its flower, which in spring floods the fields with small yellow expanses.       Much appreciated for its beneficial properties, which are mainly purifying, detoxifying, purifying, dandelion honey is often used in cooking and in the Mediterranean diet as a natural remedy to stimulate liver activity and to counteract forms of tension, water retention, of bloating and, sometimes, constipation. A golden yellow, a very fast crystallization and a pungent and intense smell, almost ammoniated, with generally sour notes: this is dandelion honey. Despite its pungent smell, however, this honey has a decidedly sweet, slightly spicy flavor that is very reminiscent of the delicate taste of chamomile. Dandelion honey teaches us that we should never judge by appearances! Consuming this honey certainly brings benefits to the body.    It turns out to be an excellent diuretic, it helps to drain and eliminate toxins and stagnant excess fluids, which very often causes the appearance of water retention and excess adipose fats. As well as being diuretic, it is purifying, as it restores the balance of the body in a completely natural way, above all it is useful for purifying the liver and kidneys.    It is also rich in vitamins and is an unquestionable source of energy, a teaspoon a day taken in its raw state can be an excellent natural tonic.
