Garam Masala mild whole spice - 1kg

Garam masala is one of many spice blends in India. There are as many garam masalas in India as there are households. Ingredients in garam masala: cumin, coriander, black pepper, black cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves. Use of Garam masala: Excellent with fish, sausage, veal and chicken, minced meat, meatloaf. Tip: Roast the mixture with all the spices, then grind in the food processor and then continue to use. All spice blends are free of colourings, glutamate and preservatives.
