Garam masala is one of many spice blends in India. There are as many garam masalas in India as there are households. Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves. Use: Excellent with fish, bratwurst, veal and chicken, minced meat, meatloaf. All spice blends are free of colourings, glutamate and preservatives.
