Marjoram ground - 1kg

Marjoram has a distinctly aromatic green and friendly woody aroma with a slightly bitter undertone. It should be used sparingly. Marjoram complements wonderfully turkey fillings, vegetables, bean soup, tomato sauces, potato soup, liver, raw vegetables, salads, liver dumplings, roast duck and goose and mushroom dishes.
