Calamari in ink sauce

Our squid with typical flavors of the Basque Country are exclusively caught in the Atlantic Ocean. We cook them in their ink which gives the dish this particular color. Our tasting tips: Eaten all year round, Maison Ederki's ink squid can be enjoyed cold as a tapas as an aperitif or hot with rice for a full dish.
