Duck cassoulet and pork sausage

A delicious duck cassoulet revisited with pork sausage and white beans, all spiced up with the famous Espelette pepper. For more indulgence, we recommend that you brown it in the oven with breadcrumbs. All of our ducks are born, raised and cooked in the South West of France.
