Duck confit gizzards - 4 gizzards

Maison Ederki offers 4 confit duck gizzards. A culinary specialty from the South-West, gizzards are cooked in fat and can be enjoyed in any way. We recommend that you reheat them in a pan and add them to a salad or simply enjoy them as an aperitif. All of our ducks are born, raised and cooked in the South West of France.
