Constellations

The Playbooks collection is a series of graphic games designed by Sophie Cure and Aurélien Farina. They address themes specific to graphic design in addition to the Graphic Exploration Notebook published in 2022. From the single exercise, we move on to series, to variation. These notebooks allow you to explore, try, test, fail, fail again to start again better. Day, night, day, night. No moon in this inky sky, but a j, a u, a g, an e. Bind to read, point to point, letter to letter, page to page: a sentence is drawn under the lead of the gray pencil. In this starry notebook, a series of thirty-eight typographic constellations to be drawn with a ruler, freehand, in straight or curved lines.
