After working for a long time at the Glam Club, a sordid den of debauched alcoholics in Seoul, young So Min-ji lands an unexpected job: she is appointed housekeeper of the Janghwa mansion, owned by an extremely wealthy Korean family. This gloomy building lost in the mountains of Gangwon-do remains unoccupied most of the time.
